Lahore, in last Friday it’s been raining all day intermittent. Meteorological Department central areas of Punjab and Kashmir along the Murree, there is prediction of rain and snowfall 2013 with few other northern areas. Lahore on Friday, Gujranwala, Sheikhupura and many places of Punjab, upper Khyber Pakhtunkuah, north-eastern Punjab and some places rainfall in upper Sindh. It was Snow in few parts of Islamabad. Upper areas got snowfall January, 2013 at Friday too, it affected the routine life. Different parts of Baltistan Division which begins Thursday night in the snow continues and forced the peoples to be limited to those homes. Due to landslide in Gilgit and Skardu Road was closed to traffic near the garden, cold winds continue to run in Malakand Division. Abbottabad, Glyat, including Mansehra, Hazara division got the rain in some areas. Jafrabad plains of Balochistan, Naseer abad and cold winds in Sibi disturbed the routine life of the people.  It is persisted that various cities of Sindh and Punjab will be in cold wave for next few days. According to the Meteorological Department on Saturday a few places in Kashmir and Gilgit-Baltistan light rain and snow is expected. Punjab including Islamabad, Khyber Pakhtunkuah, Sukkur, Larkana, Gilgit Baltistan and Kashmir scattered showers are likely. During the next two days, Murree, Glyat, Malakand, Hazara, Gilgit Baltistan. Kashmir and Murree snowfall 2013 is expected in mountainous areas. Kalat on Friday was at the lowest temperature of minus 13, minus 11 in Quetta, Skardu minus 5, minus 3 dead, 3 Islamabad and Karachi was 9 degrees centigrade. Islamabad, Lahore, Multan and Peshawar were recorded at 4.4 degree centigrade.
