Fatimah Jinnah Park Sector F-9 in Islamabad
In the Capital, Fatimah Jinnah Park is situated on the whole sector of F-9. This was the name of Quaid’s sister, the founder of Pakistan. She never got marriage in her life and always take care for her brother Mr. Muhammad Ali Jinnah. She stayed as the closest companion of Quaid. The wife of Mr. M. A. Jinnah was passed away. She was a mother of the nation and first lady of this country.
This park was an effort of capital development authority to fill the city. It is a lash green area of the Capital which is surrounded by the Margalla Hills. Its landscape gives you a beautiful view. As we told you earlier that it covered the whole F-9 sector so it is the best opportunity for the pedestrian and to the peoples who want to stretch their bodies. It is very good place for physical exercise and running.
In the morning and evening you can find man and women on the jogging tracks. Families also come here more often, in the evening of summer this place got huge crowd.
In Islamabad Fatimah Jinnah Park have few attractions for the visitors. Mughal art were used in few construction of this area. Mirrors were also used in the finishing of those structures. Few other sculptures are also placed over here for the interest of visitors. It is one of best places of the Margalla Hills.
Megazone complex, Aeromodelling Club and McDonalds are also the attraction of this park. A driving training institute is also situated in its premises. With the footpath’s facility it also has the table tennis court, snooker and a swimming pool. Few of its area is developed yet and the rest has the greenery only. It is surrounded by a steal fence boundary. CDA (Capital Development Authority) should do some extra work here to make it more attractive for the visitors.
